700 g of vanilla chocolate
500 g of dates pate
100 g of grilled hazelnut pate
2 tea spoons of cooking oil

1/4 tea spoon of cinnamon
1 pinch of meska el houra (Gum arabic)
--------Cooking process--------
Start by melting the 700g of vanilla chocolate with the oil
In each little paper bag put a tea spoon of chocolate , let it dry and become solid; repeat the same process 3 times.
Now melt the 500g of vanilla chocolate and spread it out nicely on grease proof paper, leave it for 2 min
s then cut it with circular pastry cutters. put it aside.
Now you can mix the dates pate with grilled hazelnut pate , cinnamon, meska el houra, cloves. Once you mixed everything make little balls out of the pate then u can take each ball and put in the circular vanilla

ou have finished you can then place them in cooking paper bags which gives you a nice lil cup cake :) chocolate and wrap the sides around the ball. Once y
